I've started crocheting, just yesterday. I got the idea from Mitsy (ArtMind) when I was looking for something else to do to pass the time, and I wanted to make cat toys~!!

I like crocheting more than knitting. I'm still looking for easy fun NOT boring patterns. But I started with a granny square. Not a great photo because I'm not at home with my own camera....but you can see it actually looks like an object and not a knot!

Gonna be a busy day

I got my newest batch of sculptures and plates last night and between Mother's Day festivities and piano lessons - I'll be glazing them. Especially the one for Mei from Jake and Micah!

AH, Trek!

I went to see Star Trek last night. And I'm so happy I did. It was excellent!!!! The characters are really spot on, although I wasn't really into Chekhov. Kirk and Spock were excellent. The music was pretty decent and it was a treat to hear the original theme at the end of the movie.

I enjoyed Urban as "Bones" and Sulu was pretty good. It was weird to see Uhura and Spock. . . . leave it at that.

HELP!

I forgot my charger at school so I can't post any cat videos because my computer is ALMOST OUT OF BATTERIES, what am I going to do! Life will end!
