IT"S FINISHED!
doily - done. After countless hours of stretching, it's complete. I spent most of yesterday stretching it. For my first doily, I'm proud. I think gram would have been proud too.

One of these things is not like the other.
AND HOW! I set my doily down on the Ultimate DJ guide book as I'm learning to scratch and I just thought they were SO funny together. What do you think?

My first doily!
It's not great, but it's a first! I LOVE doilies, after I make my babette blanket I think I'm going to concentrate on doilies. There's something about the vintage books I have of my grandmother's. They are so delicate and intricate!
