A friend of mine lost one of her pets last month and I decided to make a tribute to her Rainbow Bridge baby.
Here is an excerpt from the poem:
The happy kisses rain upon your face: your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look on again into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.
Then, you cross the Rainbow Bridge together
Swing on by and see Stoli and Luxor on the front page of Daily Pets in the UK. They are featured from their flickr site. Be sure to leave a comment for the boys - but be sure to not let their heads get too big.

There's not much new on the home front here. The kits are well and annoying as ever. Shutterfly didn't send a package they were supposed to. School is just plain, ech. I do like the general music classes and the choruses, there's a ton of potential there, but the administrative stuff just gets in the way.
Tomorrow's Friday - Hallelujah!
Stoli is featured on Lindsay Designs blog! It's his side shot for her photo contest. Here's the LINK

It was my first day back today, to school I mean. I didn't miss it, but look forward to a new set of students. I'm panicking about a custom order I've done, I got an email that the person was looking forward to 'posing' them, I hope they just mean setting them up, because my sculptures aren't flexible......
yeah, that's got to be it, yeah....
One more day of planning then we hit the school year running. I hope I have trouble keeping up with orders and school. You read me right, I hope that I have lots of orders from Etsy to make me panic about getting my school work done. ;)
It seems that buyers on Etsy really like 'near-to-life' coloring on their sculptures. Maybe I'll start doing a little less neon and more Calico....actually, I have a calico catnap cooling off currently (like my alliteration?)

Yummy yummy. I made some baked beans I saw on Paula Dean today and boy they were DELICIOUS! Didn't have to cook anything, just throw it together and bake.
Stoli's doing MUCH better with people; tonight he actually let my father in law pet him for about 30 seconds. There's hope!
I was getting ready for bed last night and was noticing Stoli and Luxor winding in and around my feet. They are really works of art. Living, breathing; they have personality, soul, likes, dislikes, attitudes. You have to wonder what they think of you sometimes.

Endless Whimsy is proud to be able to provide custom orders - Bright, brilliant colors and near-to-life colors. If you can dream it, we can sculpt it: imagine - rainbow bridge memorials; tabby, tortie and tuxedo tributes, specific pose artwork....
Below are samples of various custom orders to give you an idea of what other customers have sought.
Endless Whimsy has now gone global: we have our first order from over seas! Still in the red tape though.....I'm going to get a map and put it on cork and stick those little pins with the round heads in to show where we've sent items to.
