Porcelain

I'd love to have feedback from all of you if you can spare a second. I have fired my first clay sculptures and lots of them have cracks on the belly and I'm doing some research and trials to try to figure out if it was a firing thing, a me thing or a structural thing. But I'd still love some feed back on the overall look of them:

Wow, they're gorgeous!!! I love the first one in particular, what a beautiful design.

I think they look really good! I particularly like the ones with the flowers and the one with the little embossed heart.

I know very little about pottery but I've heard that opening the kiln is an adventure every time - you never know what's going to happen!

They are all beautiful! I love porcelain. I think my favorite is the one with the heart.

Thanks Meredith! A lot of my friends like that one too!

Jip, the one with the heart is really cute, I agree with all the others! :)

I don't know how big these are but if the clay is too thick, you will need to make 'em hollow in the tummy and put a hole in them for the air to be able to reach the inside of the tummy. Does this make sense?
My english is particulary bad if I'm trying to explain stuff... Convo me if you don't understand or want to discuss this... ;)

Yeah - I'm going to make another batch with a small hole in the tummy.........I'm also going to try a couple with wedging a little longer.
