Updated domain!

I've finally had time to update the endlesswhimsy domain and I'm looking for a second of your time for some feedback - is it aligned with this and the Etsy shop? Is there content that needs to be there and not here? I don't get nearly as many hits there - what do I need to do?

OK firstly, I didn't know you had the domain. That might help. %-)

They both seem to be well balanced content wise. I would assume you wish to have one for 'regular' updating and the domain for more showcasing and 'showboating' of items in the store.

The website is for mroe permanent, less transient news and information. I would put a chop link on each and contact details but you might want to put your lighter weight stuff on the blog (blogs are more life and times type things aren't they).

OK sorry to ramble....

oh, that's a good idea - start phasing out my 'new art' onto the website and the cats and rambling onto this - that going to be a hard switch though - I get so many more hits on that site...maybe I could make an update feed for this site in the sidebar?

I think it looks good. I love the way you have lots of pictures with the text. We're in the (slow) process of updating our site (www.casbahkitten.com) in the same way...trying to get more unity between blog, Etsy, and website.

Not understanding if you get more hits on the blog or the site? I thought you meant you got more blog hits until I read your answer to Marjorie.

If you get more hits on the blog, I think you need a navigation bar at the very top of the blog page like the one on the website (Of course, I don't know how to do this! - but I know it's possible, because the old EFA website and blog were set up this way). There's no clear link to your website from the blog (even your profile link to the website doesn't have HTML).

If you get more hits at the website and want them on the blog, maybe put a bigger link there (or "latest post" or whatever).

Hope this helps!
